This is short benefits list from my fresh try:

- free local Canadian phone number, forget about GV now if you just live in Canada;

- works for both wifi/data plan, full function on dail in/out, not like SIP account, blocked by most of providers;

- it can be used as SIP account if you like to pay $50 once time, they you can setup ATA box for free home phone;

- phone forward;

- voice box, don't have email forwarding like FPL, but can access to voice box on smartphone like the natural phone voicebox;

- 911 feature

Let's image the impact to current business model:

- VOIP home phone like italkbb, usually there are number smartphone or ipad in home, so phone terminal is not big issue, so why not just uses free DellVoice at home?

- skype, guess most of people used it as cheap long distance phone, but if DellVoice has similar quality, same price 2c per minute plus real local phone, why not just uses simple solution?
