How to make GV free call to US/CA from desk phone

Let's assume you already have Google Voice number and freephoneline 403 number in Canada(if not, please check out here), then how can we call out from desk phone?

In fact it's so easy, not any change on GV side, so not configuration change on your smartphone or ipad, just need to change follow me setting in freephoneline.ca, change forwarding number to your Canadian desk phone(not support extension).

As soon as you change call forwarding in freephoneline, the call back from GV will go to ring your home or office desk phone, in this case, your smartphone or ipad just used to issue a long distance call for few seconds, the real call still uses your regular phone, sounds great 🙂
