Biggest power failure in Quebec

I am not sure if it is biggest power outage in Quebec today but for me it is longest one, we lost power last evening at 11pm, it is said recover in progress May 5th 9AM, usually it got restored in 1-2 hours.

It was heavy rain and strong wind yesterday, it caused this power outage across Quebec and Ontario, have friend in Toronto disconnected power for couple of hours but seems Quebec is more worse, it is around 200K out of 4M family still lost power this moment.

The most concern is not only on daily life but also on front water house, I passed by Mercier Island we have rental house in front of water, our tenant took out power generator which I bought in 2008, asked me how to get it work, the close neighbor got basement water last night. We experienced most worse flooding last spring for two months, I deeply knew what is serious impact when lost power during flooding season. The luck was not much and long power outage last year, but every one got generator ready that time.
