How can we live without smartphone?

I just changed to smartphone X10, yesterday's story shown the real role of smartphone in my life.

I took bus yesterday to work since my old car broken, my wife left car in general bus station and took bus/metro to downtown she had important activity there, so I took bus back to home, received call from her said metro stopped for some security reason, this is rare situation in this city, so only way is I need to take bus to general bus station, take the car then to pick up her from metro station.

When I rushed to near station in our small island, last bus just gone in front of me, I walked half hour out of island, and checked bus schedule from smartphone on the way, found last bus of another route will close so I ran my best in snow street, when I got there 3 minutes later last bus coming, thanks God also smartphone!

I searched driver direction and street details in the bus,  so no waste time when I took the car; when I got downtown seems still cannot find right metro station, check google map again, easy found my location and near metro.

The life is full of uncertain surprise, smartphone is ready for all this thing.
